Modules for furnace combustion regulation and safety
Safety is nowadays one of the most important feature of any plant. Our furnace gas modules integrate double redundant safety valve EN746 & NGNV compliant, controlled by a SIL3 certified safety system. By using run meter for gas flow measurements and linear proportional valve for the temperature/flow regulation we mannerly control the furnace combustion parameters.
Air/gas mixture modules for conditioning forehearths and w.e.
We develop customized solutions for every furnace.
From the Tecsiglass detailed engineering, our engineering department customize the standard module to adjust to process requirements and adapt to the specific layout and dimensions constraints.

Forehearth conditioning – cooling
For special production and to provide quick and flexible glass conditioning, we engineer cooling systems providing cooling at the forehearth equalising zones.
We design and provide system with different technologies, in particular for high quality product such tableware and cosmetics packaging:
• indirect cooling by means of automatically controlled linear actuators mounted on the forehearth waste gas outlets, individually calibrated to ensure minimum exhaust relief
• centralized direct cooling based on twin redundant ventilators, constant pressure modulation, feeding stainless steel pipes with terminals for direct and indirect cooling
