Our staff handles complex industrial plant engineering, both for new installations and for plant revamping to improve reliability and performance.
We provide comprehensive mechanical, piping and electrical engineering of power generation and cogeneration plants, HVAC for site ambient conditioning and for pharmaceutical applications, energy saving and energy recovery systems. We assist our customers throughout the authorization process, either for building new plants or for obtaining the approvals to get tax incentives for energy efficiency.

Our staff’s thirty-year experience in international EPC companies allows us to carry out turnkey projects for construction of complex industrial plants, managing as well to integrate our work with other’s engineering and construction firms. We design and build our plant maximizing the use of modular design, assembling the plant’s blocks at our selected partner workshops, optimizing on site construction and downtime.

We provide technical training to the plant’s operators and we also provide skilled personnel for the plant ordinary maintenance tasks.

We provide technical support and constant supervision of running plants using remote connection tools and data gathering. We design our own systems for data acquisition and remote assistance to allow quick diagnosis, thus managing to reduce the need of 24/7 operators on site.

maintenance

We provide “full risk – full service” comprehensive solutions, as well as on call maintenance services. Thanks to detailed and precise planning and a stock of spare parts, we are able to overhaul complete genset and power generation plants with minimum downtime.
Our specialised engineers monitor, design and solve complex multidisciplinary problems; identifying the root cause of the problem we are able to design plant modifications and performance and reliability improvements.
